Empowering Specially-Abled Youth: Building Skills and Independence through Customized Training

BTGT is proud to support specially-abled candidates (hearing impaired) through our customized Placement-Linked Skill Training program. We believe everyone deserves a good life and are committed to recognizing youth for their abilities, not their disabilities.

Our goal is to empower these students with demand-driven skills, helping them achieve financial, physical, and emotional independence. Our curriculum covers basic IT, communication, trade skills, workplace readiness, ethical conduct, and emotional intelligence, preparing them for both jobs and life.
At the core of our program is a non-judgmental environment that helps students build confidence and face real-life challenges. We’re pleased that our hearing-impaired candidates not only acquire employability skills but also become calmer, happier, and more emotionally stable.
In the past two years, BTGT has trained over 80 hearing-impaired candidates, nearly all of whom have moved towards a stable and independent life. We are committed to expanding our efforts in inclusion and empowerment.

We feel happy to share that our hearing-impaired candidates not only enjoy learning basic employability skills but are observed to be more calm, happy, focused and emotionally stable after being the part of our training programs.

They are known for their abilities and contributive mindset at workplaces.

BTGT has trained more than 80 hearing impaired candidates in the last two years and almost all are moving towards a more stable and independent life. 

We are on this journey , and wish to multiply this number of inclusion and empowerment manifolds.
