Empowering Specially-Abled Youth: Building Skills and Independence through Customized Training

BTGT is humbled and proud to empower specially-abled youth—including those who are hearing-impaired and orthopedically challenged—through our customized Placement-Linked Skill Training Program. We believe every individual deserves a fulfilling life and are committed to recognizing people for their abilities, not their disabilities.

Our goal is to equip these candidates with demand-driven skills that lead to financial, physical, and emotional independence. The curriculum blends Basic IT, Communication, Trade-Specific Training, Workplace Readiness, Ethical Conduct, and Emotional Intelligence—preparing participants not only for employment, but also for life.

At the heart of our program lies a non-judgmental and inclusive environment where students build confidence, self-worth, and the resilience to face real-world challenges. We have witnessed our hearing-impaired trainees grow into calm, emotionally balanced, and self-assured individuals, demonstrating remarkable progress both personally and professionally.

Over the past few years, BTGT has trained more than 200 specially-abled candidates, many of whom have successfully transitioned into stable, independent, and dignified livelihoods. Today, they are respected in their workplaces—not for their limitations, but for the strength, skill, and professionalism they bring.

We remain committed to expanding our efforts in inclusion and empowerment, celebrating the potential and achievements of every individual we serve, and continuing to break barriers so that ability—not disability—defines a person’s future.

We feel happy to share that our hearing-impaired candidates not only enjoy learning basic employability skills but are observed to be more calm, happy, focused and emotionally stable after being the part of our training programs.

They are known for their abilities and contributive mindset at workplaces.

BTGT has trained more than 80 hearing impaired candidates in the last two years and almost all are moving towards a more stable and independent life.

We are on this journey , and wish to multiply this number of inclusion and empowerment manifolds.
