BTGT (Bridging the Gap Together) is a registered nonprofit organization (80G certified), dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities, with a special focus on women, youth, and youth with disabilities, since 2010. Our core focus areas include skill development, livelihoods, education, inclusion, and mental health—creating pathways for long-term empowerment and social transformation.
Our Impact at a Glance:
- Trained over 10,500 youth in high-demand sectors such as Retail, Sales, Beauty, Stitching, MIS, Tally, and BPOs.
- Facilitated employment for more than 7900 individuals through a comprehensive approach involving training, counseling, workshops, and placement assistance.
- Reached 7,800 youth through mental health programs, equipping them with tools for emotional resilience, self-regulation, and workplace readiness.
- Empowered over 780+ teachers with mental health and classroom empathy training, enabling them to create compassionate, inclusive, and skill-enriched classrooms that support students well-being.
- Customized and delivered training to 200+ youth with special abilities, including hearing-impaired and orthopedically challenged candidates, achieving a 75% placement rate—proving that ability, not disability, defines success.
- Trained and empowered 40 women through entrepreneurship development and SHG formation, helping them build sustainable livelihoods and become community leaders.

We have also built a strong network of committed volunteers and over 300 employer partners, ensuring sustained impact and long-term support for every individual we serve.
